What we provide

Design first. Execution where the project needs it.

Published website packages are design fees (and Construction Management + Design). They do not include bills for executing the interior. Interior fit-out is quoted after we understand the space. Internal Thrive work-order templates are not public rate cards.

Interior design

Included in Premium Design (₹60/sft) and Construction Management + Design (₹200/sft BUA). Standard Design (₹40/sft) is architecture and structure without interior extras.

Interior execution

Completed kitchens, homes, offices and commercial fit-outs are in the portfolio. There is no public per-sft interiors execution package on this website. Construction benchmarks exclude modular kitchen, wardrobes and interior décor.

What this page will not invent

No new interiors execution prices, brands, warranties or timelines. Modular kitchen and wardrobe packages that exist only as Thrive work-order templates stay internal. If you need a fit-out quote, WhatsApp us with photos or drawings of the space.

Premium Design and Construction Management + Design do not include Blueprint/Sanction Plan drawings, construction, installation, or bills related to executing the design. Site visits in design packages cover design compliance and material selection — not construction management (except on CM + Design).
