How design and construction connect
Do not add the professional fee on top of the construction benchmark. One is what you pay ARCHINEERS. The other is a planning reference for likely construction expenditure.
Built-up Area × selected frozen rate (₹2,200 / ₹2,500 / ₹2,900). A planning reference — not a contractor quotation, and not an extra amount automatically payable to ARCHINEERS.
How a project typically moves
We do not publish guaranteed timelines. Construction Management + Design covers design plus complete construction management, from excavation to handover, with site visits scheduled as required.
Share location, plot and what you want to build. We point you to the matching professional package — Standard, Premium, or Construction Management + Design.
Architecture and structure first. Then a specification level (Essential / Standard / Premium) so you can see what a properly specified home may include.
On Construction Management + Design, ARCHINEERS stays on the project through construction. Procurement and vendor quotations stay visible — this is not a hidden turnkey lump sum.
